BEEAH Emirati Women’s Day

BEEAH hosted a celebration at the new headquarters in commemoration of Emirati Women’s Day at the start of the week. The event was held in collaboration with Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council, a NAMA Affiliate that seeks to preserve traditional Emirati crafts through empowering women.
BEEAH’s celebrations of Emirati Women’s Day included an array of functions and activities, starting with a speech note at the Auditorium, a digital installation by artist Ashwaq Abdalla, and a Talli making workshop organized by Irthi.
